Medicine ball


Synthetic polymer - easy grip - cushioned.  These balls have a dimpled surface and are easy to hold.  Being synthetic polymer they can be used indoors and outdoors, wet or dry.  They do not require the care that leather balls need if used outdoors and also their unique design allows them to be thrown against walls and floors and to survive rather better than the leather balls.  They have no sewn seams to break and the cushioned walls allow quite a degree of bounce to the ball.

"D" balls are a medicine ball with a solid grip handle.  Can be used for short handle swinging exercises.

Standard balls are available to weights of 15kg.  Best not used against walls.
