An Introduction to Triple Jump

This new book is a simple introduction to coaching and performing Triple Jump. It has been written by Alan Neuff who is a UKA level 4 coach of considerable experience.

It begins with the essentials of teaching Triple Jump and then outlines training programmes. In addition, an important aspect of the book is a very substanial coverage of athletics conditioning. With nearly 100 line drawings it covers warm up, strength training, flexibility, mobility, core stability, medicine ball conditioning, circuit training, nutrition and mind games.
