Resistance harness - ring belt waist band
This harness clips round the waist with two straps which have loops at the ends. The loops may be held or tied to a rope to pull a sledge, tyre or other weight.
Perfect for resistance training, this band is versatile and the waist positioning enables good biomechanical posture when training. Resistance training is a useful element to improve acceleration, both for sprinters and other jump and throw athletes.
