Limited Edition Competition Discus
The Polanik Competition Discus is a fantastic starter high-spin discus, designed for competition.
Normally blue, this Limited Edition version is a mesmerising 'natural' shade. Some say it's arctic white, some see tones of green and yellow, some see a shimmering blue hint - but all athletes agree it's an eye-catching discus with excellent flight properties.
The synthetic sideplates have a high fibreglass content and are constructed without a traditional central plate. They have a very particular feel which is hard to describe: the sideplates are smooth but very slightly dappled in texture, allowing a good grip and with a clear differentiation to the texture of the rim.
The rim is relatively thin, made of special alloy which is resistant to corrosion.
