Beginning with the basics of throwing, three things affect the implement distance-height of release, angle of release and speed of release.
Aikens begins by demonstrating two stretches that should be used prior to throwing. Also included are various stretches to help the back, shoulders & hamstrings.
Also included are 14 drills which includes drills specific to coming out of the back of the ring and transitioning from the back of the ring to the middle.
