4kg single grip D ball ( medicine ball) reduced due to surface marks (please see pictures)
Single grip medicine ball (D-balls) with an integrated moulded grip handle. They are designed for swinging and throwing drills and can be used in place of dumbbells.
D-Balls should not be thrown against a wall or bounced. Not to be thrown on to a hard surface.

Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within 5 working days. Mainland shipping is free for all items except ammunition. Please contact us for International quotes.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday are usually shippped same day.
Orders placed after 1pm are usually shipped the next working day. We do not ship larger items on Fridays, as we find couriers to be less reliable over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
Most items are shipped using a 24 hour service, but this is not guaranteed.
