Shipping policy
Fulfilment
Stock items are sent within 5 working days. We normally ship standard items within 1 working day on a 24 hour service, but this is not guaranteed. We do not ship courier items on Fridays, due to increased risk of loss or damage over the weekend. Therefore, large items ordered after 1pm on Thursdays will be fulfilled on Mondays (or Tuesdays in case of Bank Holidays).
For made-to-order items such as landing areas, metal covers and PVC covers, you will be informed of an estimated shipping date upon ordering. This is often 4-6 weeks, but may be much longer at peak periods.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery
Please contact us for a quote for special delivery, express delivery or any other non-standard delivery requirements.
The Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and all overseas shipping incur extra delivery costs. Please contact us for details.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of stock items. International orders are generally received within 28 working days. (All delivery times subject to availability). Upon receipt of your order, if delivered by carrier you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents, please cross out the words 'received in good condition'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
International Orders - Delivery, VAT & Duties
All web prices include VAT and delivery. When an international order is placed, we will edit your order to remove VAT (if applicable) and add shipping costs. If there is an additional charge, you will receive a payment link. If you do not wish to proceed, simply ignore this email and the order will be cancelled. No payment is taken until all costs are confirmed.
Customs charges, duties and local VAT are not included. The customer is liable to pay for any and all import charges, and will usually be contacted by the local courier with details of cost and how to pay. As these charges vary widely depending on the item and destination, we are unable to predict these costs.
Packaging
We use recycled and re-used packaging whenever possible. This means your item may arrive in a box branded or labelled with different companies and products, such as car brake pads or nappies! This is a key part of our effort to reduce our environmental impact.
