Description
The Competition Tailwind stands among elite javelins, crafted to rival the Nordic Valhalla and Nemeth Classic. Handmade in the USA following Dick Held's legendary javelin-making tradition, OTE implements have earned trust from world-class throwers and continue gaining prominence on the international competition stage.
Engineered for athletes with refined technique and controlled release mechanics, the Competition Tailwind rewards precision over raw power. Its design emphasises consistency and flight stability, making it ideal for throwers who prioritise accuracy and control in their throwing style.

Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within 5 working days.
Mainland shipping is free for all items except ammunition. Unfortunately there is a surcharge for all over-water deliveries, e.g. Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Highlands. Please contact us for International and UK non-mainland quotes.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday are usually shippped same day.
Orders placed after 1pm are usually shipped the next working day. We do not ship larger items on Fridays, as we find couriers to be less reliable over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
