Competition weights across the four events

Senior competition weights are 2kg (men) and 1kg (women) for discus, 800g (men) and 600g (women) for javelin, and 7.26kg (men) and 4kg (women) for both shot put and hammer throw. We stock a full range of lighter weights for junior, school and training use across all four events.
