This geared tape measure by Faithful has an open frame with a sturdy handle and ground spike. Features a 4:1 geared winding mechanism enabling a faster wind in.
The fibreglass tape is resistant to scuffs and stretching, is impervious to moisture and comes fitted with a folding metal end hook.
The large measurement increments are clear and easy to read in almost all weather conditions, and the tape is easy to clean.
The tough ABS open frame case has a fold away rewind handle, a comfortable and sturdy hand grip and an integral metal ground spike making it ideal for single person use.
Open tape measures are particularly recommended for sandy use.
