Javelin throwing ball for training. This solid iron small diameter ball is ideal for throwing out into the arc or into a net. The small diameter means it can be held in a proper javelin grip to enable correct technique.
Not suitable for throwing against a wall.

Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within 5 working days. Mainland shipping is free for all items except ammunition. Please contact us for International quotes.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday are usually shippped same day.
Orders placed after 1pm are usually shipped the next working day. We do not ship larger items on Fridays, as we find couriers to be less reliable over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
Most items are shipped using a 24 hour service, but this is not guaranteed.
