The lead runner pulls a trailing runner who has to run twice as fast to keep up as the rope shortens over a pulley on one harness. When the lead runner moves 40m the trail runner has to travel 80m!
Cadence or overspeed training must be undertaken with care to ensure that good biomechanics are developed.

Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within 5 working days. Mainland shipping is free for all items except ammunition. Please contact us for International quotes.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday are usually shippped same day.
Orders placed after 1pm are usually shipped the next working day. We do not ship larger items on Fridays, as we find couriers to be less reliable over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
Most items are shipped using a 24 hour service, but this is not guaranteed.
