Plyometric hurdles are essential training aids for athletes. The scissor design of the legs allows heights from 20cm to 1 meter.
For senior athletes, these are great for bounding drills.
Also very useful to teach young children hurdling, because the hurdle can be lowered to ground level and gradually raised once the athlete is confident about running over them (preferably when they are not looking!)
