The ARH training hurdle is a great all purpose steel hurdle with fixed legs and a powder coated finish.

Easy height adjustment, with 5 positions for junior hurdles and 6 positions for senior hurdles.

No weighted base, so these are easier to topple, saving athletes' legs during training sessions.

Hurdle Heights

The Senior Hurdle covers all competition heights from U12 Girls to Senior Men.  These are ideal for training older athletes, as they drop to a lower height for technique drills. 

The Junior Hurdle is ideal for teaching hurdle and developing proper technique in junior athletes, as it is recommended to train on lower heights, then work up to full competition height.  These hurdles cover competition heights up to Senior Women (400m) and U16 boys (300m). 

 

Assembly Instructions

The ARH International Hurdles are easy to assemble with only a screwdriver.
