The promoter is: Neuff Athletic Equipment Ltd (company no. 06306211) whose registered office is at 3 Abbots Close, Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Devon, PL21 9GA.
The competition is open to UK residents aged 10 years or over except employees of Neuff Athletic Equipment, England Throws Camps and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Each entry must include all four throws quadrathlon tests:
30m sprint with a standing start
Overhead shot throw (use the standard weight of shot for your age and gender, or a similarly weighted stone)
Standing Long Jump with both feet on the ground before the start
Three double-footed linked jumps with both feet on the ground before the start
Athletes can submit as many entries as they wish to try and improve their position on the leaderboard, but only the best effort (based on total points, not individual tests) will be considered for the prize.
Closing date for entry will be midnight on Sunday 28th February. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Film your best effort of each of the 4 tests, making sure the start, complete jump/throw/run and measurement are clearly visible. Where applicable, the measurement on the tape should be visible, with the tape laid straight from the start line.
Include your age, gender and raw measurement in the comments
Ensure that you comply with social distancing rules when taking part and videoing. Any videos which obviously contravene current government guidance will be refused.
Winners will be chosen as follows:
The winner of each category is the athlete with the highest points total, calculated by England Throws Camps from the measurements of the 4 tests.
The categories are U13 M/F, U15 M/F, U17 M/F, U20 M/F, Seniors M/F
Neuff Athletic Equipment Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
The prize is as follows:
Individual: At the end of the two-week competition the top placed athlete in each age group will receive £50, comprising a £25 voucher redeemable at England Throws Camps and £25 voucher redeemable at Neuff. The second placed athlete will win one Dynaband resistance elastic.
Club bonus: Any entry which tags a club will be included in the club leaderboard. Any club which achieves a cumulative total of the single best effort of all their tagged athletes of 3000 points or more will receive a £50 voucher redeemable at Neuff. Any club which achieves a cumulative total of the single best effort of all their tagged athletes of 5000 points or more will receive £75 voucher redeemable at Neuff. Only one voucher per club.
Any change for items purchased at less than the voucher value will be given in store credit.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winners will be notified by DM on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or by email within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
All participants that do not explicitly state otherwise agree to the use of their submitted video for publicity purposes. Use of such images shall not include the name or other identifying information about the athlete. If you do not wish your entry to be used for publicity, please state this on your entry. This will not affect your entry or chances of winning.
The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winners' names will be available 7 days after closing date by emailing the following address: email@example.com. The leaderboards will be publicly available throughout the competition and after the end of the competition on www.neuff.co.uk and www.englandthrowscamps.com
Neuff Athletic Equipment Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Neuff Athletic Equipment Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
