Returns & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Making a Return

Please contact us on sales@neuff.co.uk or 01752 893742 to request a return before sending your item back.  We will then confirm the exact delivery address and discuss any issues with you.

Returning Faulty Goods

We always check goods before shipping them out, so we hope your item will be in perfect condition.  If, however, there is a problem with your item, please contact us and we will organise a repair, exchange or refund, as appropriate. 

We will agree an appropriate shipping method with you, and if we agree that you should arrange return shipping yourself, we will reimburse your postage costs (you will need to provide a receipt and proof of postage).

Returning Non-Faulty Goods

If you wish to return non-faulty goods, you must notify us of the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.  The date of receipt of goods will be calculated as 1 working day after they were shipped by courier, or 2 working days after they were shipped by Royal Mail, unless a different delivery time-frame was agreed, or a delayed delivery can be proven. 

You will need to pay return freight costs.  The goods must be returned to the address supplied by the Supplier within 14 days of receipt of the goods.  You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.  We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We will check your item on receipt and if it is found to be in good new condition, we will issue a refund or exchange as agreed.

Returns Paperwork

Regardless of the reason for the return, please fill in the returns form on the back of your order packing slip.  If you cannot find this returns form, please include a note with your item, including your name, address, phone number, order number, the item being returned, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund, exchange (include details) or repair.

 

Refunding your Money

If you have requested a refund according to the terms above, we will refund your money within 2 working days, minus any shipping charges.  The refund will be made using the original payment method.  If you paid by BACS, you will need to provide bank details so that we can refund your money.  There may be a delay of a few days between us creating the refund and the funds reappearing in your bank account.  Please contact us if you have not received the cleared funds 7 working days after we received the returned goods.

 

Exchanging Goods

If you have requested an exchange (e.g. for a different size or colour), please contact us before sending back your item so that we can confirm that we have your requested exchange available.  

Once we have agreed the exchange, the new item will be sent out within 5 working days after receipt of your returned item.  There may be additional shipping charges payable on certain items.  Please contact us before making a return so that we can confirm shipping charges.
