Cadence harness - Chest/shoulder harness
Harness for cadence run training or resistance training. Constructed of seat-belt webbing with a buckle fastening and a D ring that may be used on the chest or back.
This harness can be used for resistance training or cadence training. Care must be taken with chest harnesses to ensure good biomechanical posture when training. Resistance training is a useful element to improve acceleration, both for sprinters and other jump and throw athletes.
