More Mile Kinesiology Tape

Kinesiology Tape is widely to protect from injury and support weak areas during training and competition. This is similar in character to skin in elasticity so can be used without causing restriction to movement. It provides a dynamic support rather than a rigid one. It is applied round or over the injured area and can be used for up to 5 days during exercise, even swimming.
