The ARH W-Base hurdle is ideal for speed training. 

Steel frame with powder coated aluminium tubes, this hurdle is robust and easy to move and topple for training sessions.

Easy height adjustment, with 5 positions for junior hurdles and 6 positions for senior hurdles.

ARH W-Base Hurdle Specifications

  • Junior 5 position height range 0.46m-0.762m.
  • Senior 6 position height range 0.685m-1.067m
  • Ideal for speed training

Hurdle Heights

The Senior Hurdle covers all competition heights from U12 Girls to Senior Men.

The Junior Hurdle is ideal for teaching hurdle and developing proper technique in junior athletes, as it is not recommended to start hurdling at full competition height.  These hurdles also cover competition heights up to Senior Women (400m) and U16 boys (300m).
