Polanik Discus: designed for competition, this is an excellent starter high spin discus.
The synthetic sideplates have a high fibreglass content and are constructed without a traditional central plate. They have a very particular feel which is hard to describe: the sideplates are smooth but very slightly dappled in texture, allowing a good grip and with a clear differentiation to the texture of the rim.
The rim is relatively thin, made of special alloy which is resistant to corrosion.
