Polanik Masters Throwing Weights are the highest quality throwing weights, fully compliant with WMA (World Masters Athletics) and EVAA European Veterans Athletic Association. With a short two-link chain and large triangular metal handle which attaches straight into the ball head via swivel.

Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within 5 working days. Mainland shipping is free for all items except ammunition. Please contact us for International quotes.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday are usually shippped same day.
Orders placed after 1pm are usually shipped the next working day. We do not ship larger items on Fridays, as we find couriers to be less reliable over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
Most items are shipped using a 24 hour service, but this is not guaranteed.
