Steel Frame Plyometric Box - various sizes

Plyometric boxes are essential training aids for depth jumping and bounding, building leg power and rebound.

Our Plyometric Jump Boxes have a strong rectangular steel frame with a choice of a crumbed rubber track-surface top or painted timber top.

Plyometric Box Sizes

Single boxes are 100cm x 60cm wide, in 4 heights:

• 20cm
• 30cm
• 50cm

• 60cm

A set of 4 nesting boxes has the following dimensions:

• 100 x 60 x 60
• 93 x 53 x 50
• 84 x 46 x 30
• 78 x 40 x 20
