The Javee is a useful javelin strength training device. Three 3 cables attach to the handle, which is gripped to simulate a javelin. The 600 Javee has a thinner grip section than the 800.
Select the number of cables to be used & wrap around a post. Cables can be stretched to twice their length.
Comes with an instructional booklet written by Charlie DiMarco.
